The Centre for Scottish and Celtic Studies (CSCS) is a vibrant interdisciplinary collaboration bringing together academics and postgraduate communities from across the College of Arts in the University of Glasgow to focus on research, discussion and collaboration.
Staff associated with the Centre are based primarily in Archaeology, Celtic and Gaelic, English Language, Music, Scottish History and Scottish Literature.
The Centre sponsors a weekly Research Seminar series, a range of workshops and reading groups meeting weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and a number of occasional conferences and symposia.
Members of the Centre participate in a number of major externally funded research projects and the Centre for Robert Burns Studies.

I very much enjoy reading summaries of seminars and lectures.
Can you please explain your logo? I am interested in the symbology and meaning. Thank you.
